At BEEF, in addition to a unique selection of exceptional meats, we use a “Josper” oven with vegetal coal, an elegant combination between a BBQ and an oven, which enhances the taste of our meats carefully selected. It becomes even more tasty, soft, tender, many adjectives that cannot describe the exact characteristics of the cooking on the embers.
