At BEEF, in addition to a unique selection of exceptional meats, we use a “Josper” oven with vegetal coal, an elegant combination between a BBQ and an oven, which enhances the taste of our meats carefully selected. It becomes even more tasty, soft, tender, many adjectives that cannot describe the exact characteristics of the cooking on the embers. You have to taste to understand this quality and the uniqueness of this cooking method.

BEEF’s policy is to establish a clear traceability of its products and to reduce – as much as possible – the intermediaries in order to focus on the short supply chains for the transport of goods. BEEF’s philosophy is to be eco-responsible by reducing as much as possible its carbon footprint in certain choices of its exceptional meat imports.  Our attitude and our eco-responsible is to apply, whenever we can, a local consumption, wise and caring for our planet. BEEF encourages you to eat meat once or twice a week, but when you do, choose only the best!
